How we have designed the site to be usable with different devices and ways of browsing.
How the pages are built
The site uses semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, descriptive link text, alternative text for editorial illustrations and layouts that reflow on smaller screens. Navigation and disclosure menus use native browser controls so they can be opened by keyboard as well as pointer.
Reading and motion
We have aimed for readable contrast and do not rely on colour alone to carry important meaning. You can enlarge text using your browser. Motion is kept modest and is reduced when your device asks for less animation.
